Mitsuhiro Kawano is the founder and owner of BYE BYE NEIGHBOR, an online and pop-up magazine stand that also has a magazine curation service. BYE BYE NEIGHBOR was established in 2019 as a result of Mitsuhiro’s experience in working with books at McNally Jackson and in Tokyo. He hopes to make independent magazines, which might seem too creative or very sophisticated, less intimidating to the general public.
