Which three books would you recommend?
Doughnut Economics Kate Raworth
I studied business at the university and I was sick of the endless capitalism they taught us, reading Doughnut Economics I felt like home. I would recommend it to all teachers teaching business and capitalistic values. I think we owe it to younger generations to make them aware that there are different system thinkers that wants to change our current capitalistic system in a positive way. As we are going from an industrialized society to a regenerative society the thinking of Kate Raworth is crucial to understand the dynamics in the new doughnut paradigm.
The Children's Bible
I read it to myself just as I learned to read as a child. I’m more a believer in good than i’m a believer in god. If I ever have children (which I hopefully will) I will read it loud to them, and have great conversations about the stories. I think kids in general would be able to learn great things about morale, love and care for each other and the planet.
The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ckMark Manson
It’s pretty much down my alley. I have been living by this book without knowing it. I give big fucks for the things I care about, and I've found great inspiration and motivation in that. Organic Basics and the planet is two things I give a fuck about, and I spend a lot of my awake hours on having a positive impact on both. Also the book was fun and light, which I enjoyed in the moment.
Whose reading list are you most curious about?
