Which three books would you recommend?
On Food and Cooking Harold McGee
I would recommend this book to everyone in the food industry because it will definitely help you understand the science behind cooking!
The Noma Guide to Fermentation René Redzepi & David Zilber
Fermentation is awesome! Years and years of knowledge and trial and error. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who is in love with kombucha, lacto and koji fermentation, and willing to explore what it has to offer.
The Flavor BibleAndrew Dornenburg
There are a lot of flavor profiles that I didn’t know would exist in this book, but there you go — bam! Blew my mind. Some of the elements in this book have taught me how I design and cook my dishes today!
