Which three books would you recommend?

The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy “Trilogy”
Douglas Adams
Basically everyone who isn't British and who wants to understand Britishness, especially the Britishness of those Brits who define Britain globally (whether by running the country, being global entrepreneurs, creating globally influential music, etc).

The Harry Potter series J. K. Rowling
Anyone who wants to preserve the childlike capacity to aim high and believe in the best for their and the world's future. Fantasy writing is not fantasy, it's about real life.

Richard Feynman's autobiographies
He showed how one can be a truly exceptional person, and know it, but at the same time not be a dick but instead be someone that lesser mortals can identify with.
